Joseph Davis State Park

While Joseph Davis State Park may need a bit of TLC, it is a well-known by birders around Western New York for a great place to view an array of birds that call Niagara their home.  Visitors can enjoy a picnic, nature trails or even cast a line into the lower Niagara River.

Did you know?

In 2012 Nik Wallenda became the first person to cross the Niagara Falls by tightrope in 116 years. He did so after receiving permission from both the Canadian and United States governments, although he was required to carry his passport and present it on entry to the Canadian side of the falls.
